New Creations Chapel is pleased to announce its 1st Annual Family Outdoor Adventure Expo which will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2013. Mark your calendars now and order your tickets! We’ll be having a Wild Game Dinner in the evening with special guest speaker, Mike Peters. Events include: Archery, Flint Napping, Dutch Oven Cooking, DNR, 3D Shooting, Lake Swimming, Canoeing and Hiking. Horseback riding is available for an additional fee. The Wild Game Dinner will include: Buffalo, Deer, Elk, Ostrich, Alligator and Kangaroo.

*A Free Will Offering will be taken at the door to help offset the cost of the event because ticket price only covers a portion.

About the Speaker, Mike Peters
Mike Peters, father of four, is an avid outdoors-man who has been bow-hunting since he was 18 years old. He is a life member of NRA, NHAC and is currently serving as Chairman of Lord of the Harvest and as chapter chairman and board member for Christian Bow-Hunters of America. He supports groups like Kicking Bear Camps and Royal Rangers that focus on youth development using the outdoors. Mike has also written several articles for different hunting magazines and has been featured in “Bow-Hunter.” Mike has pursued deer, coyote, moose and black bear with archery equipment in several states and provinces. He currently has entries into the Pope and Young Record Book.
Come join us while Mike shares on “Bow-Hunting Black Bears” after our day in the outdoors. This session will include highlights on safe photography, safe camping in bear country, and of course, bow-hunting black bears.
Fishing, Canoeing, Swimming
We have a 50-acre spring fed lake that cools the summer heat and provides for boating, canoeing, fishing and water activities such as a water trampoline and log roll.
Horseback riding (through New Creations Riding Stable) is available for an additional fee.
We currently have 5 cabins with air conditioning and heat. These buildings will house 30-40 people each. Each bunk house has four showers and plenty of hot water. Additional fees involved.
We have several locations for tents. RVs are welcome, but space is limited. Reserve your spot today! Additional fee involved. Tent camping is $10/tent. Inquire regarding fees for RVs.
If you choose to stay the night on campus, fresh meals are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodations can be made for special dietary needs or allergies. Additional small charge will be included for each person per meal. Must RSVP in advance.
