Level Five Privileges and Limitations: |

1. Residents must have completed the following in order to obtain this level: |

A. Must demonstrate an understanding and cooperative spirit.
B. Must be a spiritual leader.
C. Must be working on life direction for the future.
D. Student's dignity, integrity and testimony is above reproach.
E. Must be submitted to all authority.
F. Must show positive growth in leadership skills.
G. Must stay even in all school work.
H. Must have good family relationships. |

No minimum and maximum time on this level. |

Maintains all privileges of previous level. |

May have five phone calls in each month from family and friends. |

should be going home frequently to prepare to return home. |

Little supervision, but still under authority. |

May hold $15 on self and open a bank account. |
